What DisputeX is and isn't
DisputeX is a document preparation service. It turns your own evidence (comparable cars for sale, your kilometres and your accessories) into a market value report, using AFCA's published definition of market value.
DisputeX is
- A document preparation service: it sets out your evidence and a calculation from it, in a report you can use as you choose.
- Built on your information: everything we read from a document is shown to you to confirm or correct.
- Open about the method: your report shows every figure and quotes AFCA's published approach to market value.
- A report you send to your insurer yourself.
DisputeX isn't
- Not legal or financial advice, not a recommendation about whether or how to pursue your claim, and not an opinion on it.
- Not the holder of an Australian financial services licence.
- Not a licensed valuer, motor vehicle assessor or loss assessor, and it doesn't inspect your car.
- Not your insurer, a law firm or a claims representative.
- Never in contact with your insurer for you, and never receives your insurer's replies.
- Not a prediction of what your insurer or AFCA will decide.
- Not affiliated with AFCA, any insurer, any valuation provider or any listing website.
